Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.As the Head Breakfast Chef you will lead, motivate, train and manage the breakfast operations and team at Estelle Manor. You will assist the Head Chef of our all day dining restaurant concept in managing all food related quality and standards, health and safety in the kitchen during the breakfast service. You will be someone who takes pride taking responsibility for all dishes coming out of the kitchen, an engaging and inspirational trainer and coach to your brigade and have a passion for delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our members and guests.
