Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses to generate sales.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Work closely with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and reports.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in UAE, preferably in hotel supplies or hospitality-related products.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the hospitality and hotel supply industry in UAE.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
