The Role:

This is an early-career role built for someone who wants to get properly stuck in.

As a Marketing Executive at Solutions Leisure Group, you will work on some of the region's most recognizable hospitality brands across a wide range of marketing activity. You will not be making coffee or filing paperwork. You will be hands-on, learning by doing, and building skills across the full breadth of marketing.

This is a real stepping stone. The path from Marketing Executive to Assistant Marketing Manager to Marketing Manager is one we have walked with people before, and we want to do it again with the right person.

What we care about most is not what you already know. It is how hungry you are to learn it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
• Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, venues, agencies, and suppliers to keep activity on track.
• Get involved in social media strategy and execution across our portfolio.
• Assist with reporting, campaign performance tracking, and presenting results clearly.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination.
• Build relationships with media and advertising partners.
• Bring energy and ideas. We want people who notice things and speak up.

What We Are Looking For:

• Enthusiasm, ambition, and a genuine desire to build a career in hospitality marketing. This matters more than anything else on this list.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is useful but not essential.
• Some prior experience in marketing is preferred but not required. We will back the right person regardless.
• An interest in digital marketing, social media, content, and how brands connect with people.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Organized, reliable, and able to juggle more than one thing at a time.
• A creative mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality and the Dubai lifestyle scene.
• Someone who wants to get better every single day.
