The Hills Club is seeking an experienced Head Chef with strong expertise in British cuisine to lead our kitchen operations in a high-volume, dynamic F&B environment. This role requires a hands-on culinary leader with a proven track record in managing busy kitchens while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and authentic British standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Develop and execute menus with a strong focus on British cuisine, while aligning creativity with operational efficiency and cost control
• Manage, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high performance in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee smooth daily operations during high-volume service periods
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize wastage
• Collaborate closely with management to support the venue’s overall business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume F&B operation
• Strong background and hands-on experience in British cuisine is essential
• Solid leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and operational controls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
