 Job Summary:

As a Waiter at Ribambelle, you will be part of a team that creates meaningful, joyful, and elevated dining moments for our guests. **You will also occasionally represent Ribambelle at exclusive off-site events such as private celebrations, brand activations, and kids’ parties.**

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, attentive, and personalized service to each guest
• Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and a professional presence
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations
• Take and process orders with precision and care
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring high presentation standards
• Maintain a refined and orderly dining environment throughout service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to special requests
• Support and participate in in-house celebrations, themed events, and off-site functions
• Collaborate with the kitchen and host team to ensure seamless execution
• Handle guest feedback with discretion, professionalism, and ownership

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 2  years  of experience in a high-end or premium casual restaurant
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; Russian is a plus
• Excellent grooming and polished personal presentation
• Deep understanding of hospitality and premium service etiquette
• Energetic, adaptable, and committed to guest satisfaction
• Flexible with tasks, roles, and scheduling (weekends & holidays)
• Comfortable working with both children and adults in a dynamic setting
• Proactive team player with a high level of responsibility
