Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager who is passionate about exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, and deeply committed to creating smooth, joyful service experiences that exceed expectations.
This role requires at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position in Dubai, ideally in a premium or lifestyle hospitality concept.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in guest service
Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team with a hands-on approach
Set the tone for enthusiastic, polished service that reflects the Ribambelle standard
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints with confidence and care
Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, bar, hostess, and entertainment teams
Monitor and optimize table rotation, seating, and pacing of service
Train and coach team members in service skills, guest interaction, and brand values
Participate in event execution (in-house and off-site), including birthdays and private functions
Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and daily team briefings
Uphold brand standards in service, grooming, and guest interaction

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Floor Manager (or similar FOH leadership role) in Dubai
Strong knowledge of premium service standards and guest experience design
Excellent spoken English; Russian is a plus
Passion for hospitality and natural talent for guest engagement
High energy, solution-oriented mindset, and a proactive leadership style
Confident managing family audiences, children’s events, and dynamic service flows
Strong organizational and communication skills
Flexible schedule, available to work weekends, holidays, and special events
