We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations: Oversee smooth service flow, optimize seating, and ensure high standards of guest service.

• Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and guide the front-of-house team to maintain excellence in service.

• Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.

• Collaboration: Coordinate effectively between service, kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams.

• Training: Coach and develop staff on service skills and Ribambelle’s brand values.

• Event Support: Assist in executing special events, birthdays, and private functions.

• Scheduling & Briefing: Manage team schedules, attendance, and daily briefings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar leadership role in Dubai, ideally in premium or lifestyle concepts.

• Skills: Strong communication (English; Russian, Arabic is a plus) and leadership abilities. High energy, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Guest-Focused: Experience managing dynamic service flows, particularly for family and children’s events.

• Flexibility: Available for weekends, holidays, and special events.
