Position Scope:Within Brand Standards, effectively assisting the F&Bservices manager in managing the day to day running of multiple venues andevents across the resort. This includes but is not limited to rostering,adhering to labor forecasting budgets, implementing upselling opportunities,customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, delivering service standards,inventory, and supply management.
