Part-Time Marketing Assistant

NOTE:  This position is 100% remote.  Twenty (20) hours per week are required.  This is a part-time, contract position.  Working hours must be between 06:00 and 18:00 (-06:00 GMT), Monday - Friday.

Contract description

This position has the opportunity to become a full-time contract. The ideal candidate understands that this role is meant to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our marketing team.  This person’s job is to diligently handle supporting tasks and administration, freeing up the team to focus on other initiatives. Listed below is a sampling of duties and responsibilities that you would be required to perform for this position.  Training and individual direction will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Performing Internet research;
  • Sending out emails and other written correspondence;
  • Participating in regular internal team meetings via Zoom;
  • Preparation of reports and analyses, along with recommendations;
  • Work with social networks (posting content to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and others);

Basic Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English (written and oral);
  • High-speed Internet and computer with MS Office;
  • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas);
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Ability to travel to the United States for meetings and events;
  • Thoroughly internet literate with the ability to do research online;
  • Ability and desire to work remotely 100%.
