What are we looking for in you?

• Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality business

• Ability to manage, train, motivate and inspire a team under pressure
• Ability to manage staff costs and review rotas accordingly;

• Experience in opening and closing procedures
• Experience in event management

• A high level of written and spoken English is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt your communication style to suit a diverse range of colleagues and customers
