Description/Job Purpose

We are looking for a well-spoken Telesales that is able to close deals over the phone and maintaining a good customer relationship. Tanami Properties will provide attractive commission + visa + Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in customer service/ Call center
• Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
• Keep records of calls and note of a useful information
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Update client records (CRM)

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in customer service/call center environment
• 1+ experience in sales
• High school or equivalent

Qualification

• Communication Skills and positive attitude
• Patient and friendly personality
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel
