Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Have a thorough knowledge of outlet services, products and promotions
• Receive guests’ payments and arrange change or card authorization to the guests
• Receive checks from service team and closely monitor what are still open
• Close the checks or billing of the guests
• Reconcile credit cards reports and close the transactions
• Reconcile credit cards and cash sales
• Participate in daily briefings/debriefings and other meetings as scheduled by management.
• Participate in training sessions as scheduled by the management
• Communicate proper handover between shifts
• Handle guests' billing procedures.
• Handle rebates and billing adjustments’ according to internal standards
• Prepare daily sales reports and handover daily sales
• Prepare monthly cash flow report
• Follow up on discrepancies with the concerned employee
• Handles all complementary tables’ charges.
• Ensure the workstation is clean and well equipped with needed stationery
• Ensure all equipment are in good shape and well-functioning.
