· Responsible for all guest calls of the restaurant and efficiently corresponding emails of restaurant account.

· Ensure that every conversation with our guests is pleasant, warm, and genuine.

· Make reservations that include all pertinent information as per the restaurant standards.

· With supervisor of Reception Manager Restaurant Reservation Agent will be responsible for all Restaurant reports and data.

· Adhere and practice restaurant protocols

· Exhibit a genuine sense of interest and concern for the guest's inquiries and needs.

· Sell and maximize booking options for guests through our booking platform.

· Ensure the accuracy of guest profiles, merging multiple profiles as needed and maintaining proper records.

· Creates, analyses, and sends daily reports to management and culinary teams as directed.

· Performs additional tasks at the direction of management.
