Job Description
  1. Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus
  2. Manage waiting list
  3. Offer appropriate seating arrangements
  4. Receive and record customers dining reservations
  5. Set up dining rooms and make reservation arrangements
  6. Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner
  7. Maintain clean and organized tables and work area
  8. Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times
  9. Assist room waiters and runners when needed
  10. Manage event related work including setting up tables and maintaining both exterior and interior of the restaurant
  11. Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations
  12. Handles guest problems and complaints
  13. Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team
