SHG operates 111 properties in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.

We are looking for a warm and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests for our daylife, delivering a seamless and welcoming arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, confirming reservations and directing them to there tables.
  • Manage the waitlist and walk-in flow across both venues during peak periods, keeping guests informed of wait times.
  • Coordinate with the floor and reservations teams at both venues to ensure tables/sunbeds are ready and seating flows smoothly.
  • Escort guests to their tables or beach setup and hand over to the assigned service team.
  • Route VIP and priority guests to the relevant Guest Relations/management contact.
  • Maintain an organized, accurate view of table and sunbed status across both venues throughout service.
  • Handle guest queries and minor concerns at the door, escalating where needed.
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence at the shared entrance at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Hostess within hotels, restaurants, or high-end hospitality venues.
  • Warm, professional, guest-facing manner suited to a family-inclusive premium venue.
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly under high-volume, fast-paced conditions.
  • Comfortable using reservation/table management systems across two concepts.
  • Good English communication skills; Arabic, Greek, or Russian an advantage.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
