Job Description

Assisting the Restaurant Management in all tasks
Assists guests with wine selections in a helpful, thoughtful, and gracious manner.
Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware
Informing guests on the variety of wines available.
Store open bottles properly to maintain taste
Training FOH team members on available wines in the absence of Assistant Head Sommelier or Head Sommelier.
Complying with health and safety regulations.
