Job Description
- Should know dual link & sevenrooms.
- Welcome guests to the venue.
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
- Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name.
- Greet customers upon their departure.
- Made sure servers were prepared to take on more tables before seating new customers.
- Monitor tables/customers to make sure service as well as comfort was provided.
- Worked at a highly fast paced environment with opportunities to multitask and be attentive with customers.
- First impression of restaurant and last warming goodbye, creating positive and fun experience for customers.
- Reservation bookkeeper, ensuring organized and accurate records of customers.
- Plan private dining events, help to create romantic evenings for dinner dates, set up birthday parties and even assist in proposals.
- Able to perform additional duties as requested by the company as and when required.
