Purpose of this role:
1. To handle table reservations, control of the flow of guests and supervise the assigned station / section, serve Food & Beverage to guests in a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible manner consistent with established performance and productivity standards in any of the Food & Beverage Outlets (Restaurants, Bars, Pool Restaurant) in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
2. To be flexible and extend job duties and responsibilities, which do not distinctly differ in nature from the original assigned work, including re-assignment to alternative departments and areas if required, to meet business demand and guest service needs.
Scope and Relationship
- To assist the Management team in the day to day service on the restaurant floor.
- Ensuring all SOP’s are adhered to therefore maintaining the required levels of service at all times.
- To interact with guests ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining process.
