Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, seeks a detail-oriented and efficient professional to enhance their reservation systems, specializing in the utilization of SevenRooms and bringing a wealth of experience from the dynamic Dubai hospitality scene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation System Management: Oversee the operation and optimization of the SevenRooms reservation system, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process for guests.
  • Strategic Booking Analysis: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue through effective reservation management.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure a high-quality customer service experience, focusing on personalization and satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and train the reservations team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze reservation data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
  • Communication and Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure availability and special requests are managed effectively, enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain reservation policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives and service standards.
  • Budget and Revenue Management: Participate in budgeting processes and manage the allocation of rooms to maximize revenue.
  • Client Service and bookings.


  • 1-2 years of experience in a reservation management role, with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience working in Dubai's hospitality sector, with specific expertise in using the SevenRooms reservation system.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data and use insights to improve reservation systems and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to lead and motivate a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a basic understanding of hospitality management software.
  • Ability to work flexibly, adapting to industry standards and project requirements.
