Internship Position | Receptionist Department: Rooms Division Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca) Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November) Your Main Responsibilities·      Welcome and greet guests, providing friendly, efficient, and courteous service.·      Perform check-in, check-out, and payment transactions accurately.·      Handle telephone calls, guest inquiries, complaints, and front office tasks efficiently.·      Maintain excellent knowledge of the resort, its facilities, daily events, activities, and F&B functions to provide accurate information to guests.·      Stay informed about daily hotel operations, including arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special events.·      Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all times.
