1. Demonstrated proficiency in the foodservice channel and the ability to learn
2. Proven experience in sales, as well as in developing guest loyalty
3. Ability to consistently deliver great guest experiences no matter the situation

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an ambassador, you’re a leader in sales, product knowledge, and highly influential in how you engage with guests. you also know how to turn mild guest curiosity into intense interest and purchase. As new products are launched, you are the first to learn, share, and inspire your team members through approachability and action. You always meet, and at times exceed your performance goals. You're proud to represent the brand, and you exemplify that in all your interactions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. You’re passionate about the brand, and you inspire and educate others about all that it has to offer
2. You can set the standard for our unique style of service through words and actions
3. You have strong people skills, are charismatic, you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
4. Multilingual ability is a plus
5. When guests see you, they immediately connect your face with the brand
6. Generate sales
