An exciting opportunity has arisen for Beverage Manager to join our team; some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage the business aspects of the bars, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals.
• Hiring and training staff to provide excellent service to guests.
• Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts to ensure that bars are well staffed during peak hours.
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
• Planning and taking part in promotional events.
• Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for guests.

Requirements:

• Work experience in branded 5* Hotels on similar position
• Good knowledge of Beverage products
• Concern for quality and attention to details
• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and can multitask
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times
• Flexible in terms of work schedules
