1. Conduct market intelligence and analyse market trends continuously
2. Leasing of all projects under portfolio or as agreed  
3. Assist with developing tenant mix strategies
4. Support in executing all leasing contracts
5. Identify and develop potential business opportunities locally and regionally
6. Manage client relationships to ensure smooth execution of offers  
7. Actively lease the asset by engaging retail groups through established relationships
8. Identify additional revenue from specialty leasing and events
9. Manage the lease approval process and aassist in creating a lease document
