Working alongside a team of cooks, dieticians and kitchen assistants, you would be overseeing the production of the meals for the residents of a 40-bed private care unit.The ideal candidate with demonstrate excellent food hygiene knowledge and organisational skills, as well as a welcoming and approachable personality. Previous hospitality experience within the care sector is preferable, but not compulsory.During the interview process you will need to demonstrate:• Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef (Sous Chef may also be considered)• Membership of the PVG scheme for adults.
