Bistro Chef

Req ID : 1968084 Known for their excellent food and service, this Keswick based bistro is looking to welcome a Head Chef to their work family. The bistro has an excellent reputation for their local and global fare including burgers, meat dishes, pizza & pasta which is served in their quaint town centre venue. They are seeking an enthusiastic senior team member who will ensure the efficient and effective running of the kitchen team, ensuring that the preparation and presentation of the food is to a high standard whilst ensuring you meet food standard regulations. The bistro is open from 5:00pm to 9:30pm except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when it is closed. Requirements The perfect candidate for this position will have worked, hands on, in a high quality smaller venue and will have exceptional allround cooking and kitchen management skills. You should be passionate about delivering great tasting food which is perfectly presented.
