Job Description

Pure Prestige is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead operations at DawnTown. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Pure Prestige, the Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue’s pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated leader who thrives in high-end, fast-paced hospitality settings and is passionate about guest experience, staff development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-opening process including SOP development, vendor coordination, and team onboarding
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and premium guest experiences
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front- and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Oversee and ensure high-quality service standards are implemented and maintained across all guest touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Lounge Manager and department heads to ensure consistency in guest experience, especially in the Chairman’s Club
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including shisha and cigar service protocols
  • Resolve guest concerns and lead service recovery efforts with professionalism and urgency
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and VIP experiences in collaboration with marketing and communications teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hands-on, guest-first mindset with attention to detail and operational oversight
  • Experience with cigar and shisha lounge operations is a plus
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze reports, and drive financial performance
  • Strong leadership, team development, and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred Experience working in the UAE hospitality sector is highly desired.
  • Track record of successful pre-opening involvement is highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in upscale or luxury environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
