Job Description

We are seeking a highly versatile and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the branding, communications, and promotional strategies across all verticals under Mascorp Holdings. This is a cross-functional leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills across both digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each business line (Real Estate, Hotels, FM, Travel & Tourism)

  • Lead brand positioning, design guidelines, and content calendars across all divisions

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO, email) with performance tracking

  • Coordinate cross-brand activations, launches, events, and PR initiatives

  • Manage creative asset production (videos, brochures, social media content, websites)

  • Supervise external agencies, freelancers, and in-house creatives

  • Ensure consistency and synergy in brand voice and messaging across all companies

  • Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Work closely with business heads to align marketing goals with operational targets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably across multiple industries including real estate, hospitality, or travel

  • Strong project management and team leadership skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms

  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills (Arabic is a plus)

  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
