Position: Waiter / Waitress

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a station holder, responsible for guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guests service at all times.
• Possess complete knowledge of all menu items to describe dishes and make suggestive sales.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in all beverages.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional, solution-driven manner.
• Recognize and acknowledge returning or regular guests by name
• Take accurate food and beverage orders; maintain full knowledge of the menu and use suggesting upselling techniques where appropriate.
• Check back with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction; escalate feedback to Chef or Manager when needed.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle all work materials and equipment correctly, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
• Manage guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Attend departmental briefings and contribute to effective team communication.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury venues (fine dining, upscale lounges, or nightclubs).
• Strong understanding of guest experiences standards and service etiquette.
• Fluent in English – articulate, engaging, and confident when communicating with international guests.
• Proactive in upselling and enhancing guest experiences, with a focus on both satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; calm and composed in high-volume, premium environments.
• Highly cooperative and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience using IIKO systems is an advantage.
