Position: Hostess

Role Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat VIP and walk-in guests with confidence, elegance, and attentiveness
• Utilize the SevenRooms system to track guest preferences and visit history
• Coordinate closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Promote premium offerings and assist in maximizing table spend through confident upselling
• Support management in handling reservations, floor plans, and high-priority bookings

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience as a Hostess in luxury venues (fine dining, upscale lounges, or nightclubs)
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and service etiquette
• Fluent in English – articulate, engaging, and confident in communicating with international guests
• Experience using CRM or reservation systems such as SevenRooms (or similar)
• Proactive in upselling and upgrading guest experiences, understanding how to enhance revenue and satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; calm and composed in high-volume, premium environments
• European candidates preferred to maintain the brand’s international diversity and cultural balance
