The Art Manager & Resident DJ is responsible for driving the overall creative direction and live execution of the venue’s entertainment program. This role combines artistic vision with operational leadership, integrating music, performers, visuals, and production elements to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the artistic and entertainment direction of the venue, including music programming, visuals, dancers, and themed performances.
• Perform as the Resident DJ, ensuring consistent delivery of high-energy sets that reflect the venue’s musical identity.
• Coordinate schedules and performances with DJs, dancers, and entertainers to guarantee smooth program execution.
• Manage and monitor entertainment budgets, including costs for performers, dancers, and special shows.
• Supervise AV technicians and oversee the delivery of sound, lighting, and visual elements.
• Ensure compliance with DTCM regulations and secure all necessary permits for performers and shows.
• Track guest flow and churn rate during events; propose creative strategies to enhance guest retention and engagement.
• Develop new concepts for bottle shows, visuals, and themed events (e.g., Halloween, Valentine’s, seasonal activations).
• Troubleshoot urgent operational or technical issues during events and coordinate with technical teams for follow-up resolution.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to maintain safety, compliance, and the highest standard of guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a DJ with strong live performance skills and diverse music programming abilities.
• Background in entertainment management, creative direction, or nightlife operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with performers, AV teams, and event staff.

• Knowledge of local entertainment regulations and permitting processes.
