Step into the heartbeat of Dubai’s nightlife.
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and hands-on Content Creator to capture the energy, people, and pulse of Papa — from wild parties and brunches to unforgettable late-night moments.

Your mission?
To make everyone who sees your content wish they were there.

What You’ll Do

• Capture the action on-site — from parties, brunches, and shows to behind-the-scenes moments.
• Create vibrant photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and TikTok’s that reflect the spirit of Papa.
• Edit and publish content in real-time — keep the night alive on our social channels.
• Produce atmospheric clips and trend-based series using the latest sounds and memes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, creative ideas, and storytelling.
• Edit short, dynamic cuts optimized for social media.
• Curate the best shots for promotional campaigns and collaborations.
• Organize and maintain our photo/video archive by event.
• Capture authentic life stories and emotional moments throughout each night.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience shooting nightlife, events, or lifestyle content.
• Skilled in CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, Lightroom, or VSCO.
• Sharp eye for framing, lighting, and emotion — you know how to make a shot feel alive.
• Ability to film people naturally without interrupting the vibe.
• Fast and efficient — from shooting to editing, you thrive in the now.
• Strong sense of creativity, rhythm, and musicality.
• A portfolio (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, or website) showcasing your best work is required.
