Job Description

We @ Papa Dubai are looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing family.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results
  • Create timely and accurate accounting reports and present them to company's executives and senior management
  • Develop recommendations to optimize company's accounting systems and procedures and detect inaccuracies
  • Support and consult company's personnel on accounting control procedures
  • Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures.
  • Analyze complex financial records and reports & oversee a company's accounting operations.
  • Regulate and authenticate financial transactions.
  • Maintain a ledger to ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.
  • Balance accounts and confirm and verify bank statements on behalf of the company.
  • Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Financial Controller٫ Accounting Supervisor٫ or Senior Accountant.
  • 3 years' experience working preferably in F & B Restaurant Club Sector
  • Good knowledge of financial accounting statements and business trends
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • QuickBooks, Xero, strong knowledge of IIKO system
  • Good understanding of MS Office٫ especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Accounting٫ Finance or other relevant are; a certification such as CMA or CPA will be a bonus
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
