Position: Marketing Manager

We are looking for a driven, data-focused Marketing Manager to join our creative and results-oriented team.

This role is all about impact: financial growth, brand development, and digital dominance.

-- Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies aligned with our business goals
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, CRM)
  • Set and track KPIs, ensuring marketing initiatives drive revenue and growth
  • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Design, Product) to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Direct creative teams: videographers, editors, designers, copywriters, and freelancers
  • Oversee production of all marketing assets (digital, print, on-site materials)
  • Keep our websites and promotional content fresh, relevant, and conversion-driven
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, balancing cost and creativity
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to amplify event and campaign coverage

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • 3+ years in digital/performance marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mind – you live by data and performance indicators
  • Leadership qualities with a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • A creative eye with a results-first mindset
  • A creative, passionate team that thrives on excellence
  • A supportive, visionary Founder with deep experience in HoReCa industry and talent development.
  • Fluent in English and Russian will be advantage (Arabic languages are a plus)
