Job Description

Papa Dubai are looking for well experience Public Relations and Social Media Marketing Manager in premium and fine casual club, restaurant and bar areas in Dubai is required

Skills and responsibilities:

  • Shooting photo and video content on a daily basis on a phone and professional equipment (F&B-shooting, atmosphere, reportage shooting)
  • Search for performers for professional shooting of photo and video content (1 time per month) - Ability to mount videos for Stories & Reels with infographics and adding music
  • Deliver Key Business Metrics and deliverable results
  • Maintaining social networks: creating a content strategy and its implementation
  • Copywriting: writing posts
  • Increasing the number of coverages, of subscribers and Engagement Rates
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and functions of social networks and the ability to use and apply them
  • Creation of an SMM strategy and Content strategy and its further implementation
  •  Possession of tools for parsing the audience and increasing the client base
  • Creation of offers and special offers and creating “hype” in social networks”, including through sweepstakes and competitive mechanics
  • Reply to comments and direct messages and transfer them to the reservation service
  • Finding relevant influencers and working with them
  • Finding relevant pages for advertising, collaborations and cross-promotions
  • Online reputation management (Google, Trip Advisor, Zomato)
  • Creating design of posts and posters (photo & video)
  • Creating motion video
