Position: Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for crafting, presenting, and serving beverages that reflect Papa Dubai’s luxury nightlife and dining concept. This role combines creativity, precision, and guest interaction to ensure every drink is delivered with flair and every guest feels part of Papa Dubai’s cinematic experience

Role Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve beverages according to Papa Dubai’s standards, recipes, and
• presentation guidelines.
• Create both classic cocktails and Papa Dubai’s signature drinks with precision and
• creativity.
• Accurately measure, pour, and garnish drinks to maintain consistency and
• minimize waste.
• Ensure bar stations are fully stocked and organized before, during, and after
• service.
• Restock and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
• Assist in selling up and breaking down bar equipment and displays.

Guest Interaction & Customer Focus

• Welcome guests at the bar with warmth and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations confidently.
• Upsell premium products, bottles, and cocktails to enhance guest experience and

increase revenue.

• Recognize and greet regular guests and VIPs by name.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with discretion, escalating when necessary.
• Deliver service that is both engaging and elegant, embodying Papa Dubai’s brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Bartender in luxury venues (fine dining, upscale lounges, or nightclubs).
• Strong understanding of guest experiences standards and service etiquette.
• Fluent in English – articulate, engaging, and confident when communicating with international guests.
• Proactive in upselling and enhancing guest experiences, with a focus on both satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; calm and composed in high-volume, premium environments.
• Highly cooperative and team-oriented attitude.
• Experience using IIKO systems is an advantage.
