Job Summary

We are seeking a poised, welcoming, and guest-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our restaurant guests. The ideal candidate will embody the elegance, professionalism, and service excellence expected in a five-star luxury hospitality environment, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner

• Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

• Escort guests to tables and present menus according to service standards

• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest flow

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and waitlists with professionalism

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area

• Ensure compliance with hotel grooming, service, and brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-groomed appearance and confident, welcoming personality

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Multilingual abilities are an advantage
