Bartender

Responsibilities:

* Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. 
* Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
* Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
* Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
* Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. 
* Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
* Wash soiled glassware.
* Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
* Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
* Be fully familiar with every beverage offered and provide explanations as requested
* To be aware and practice good customer relations, assisting the guest in any way which does not adversely affect other customers
* Attend all compulsory training sessions.
* Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code at all times.
* Carry out any other reasonable request asked by the management.
* Set tables as per standards and ensure that all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair .
* Guide guests during their experience (menu and ingredient knowledge)
* Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience in a high-end or luxury setting.
* Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
* Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
* Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
* Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
* Language: English B2 or higher, Russian (optional)
