SOON Izakaya will not be breaking the DNA, the original code of genuine Tokyo-raised Izakaya, routing to the origins of the sake stay-in-drink and eat shops but will be following a strip-and-build approach by delicately infusing the new age meanings and the Middle East tastemakers’ preferences focusing on mixology, sound, music, and lighting design/solutions.

- below 30 years old
- expirience in same capacity / supervisor
- good understanding of restaurant operations
- past expirience in japaneese concept is a plus
