“X” by OJ Lifestyle Administrator & Business Development Executive - applicants are to be UAE based.

OJ Lifestyle is a disruptive force of passion and drive; designed to energise, thrill and inspire. 

"X" by OJ Lifestyle is the number one App-based membership platform. The App offers a thrilling new world of lifestyle experiences by providing access to hand-selected brands that cover everyday lifestyle activities from luxury experiences to daily necessities.

We are looking for a talented individual who will assist with administration and business development requirements.

You will work closely with the OJ Lifestyle sales and marketing team and report directly to the OJ Lifestyle Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the “X” Partner promotional & training boxes
  • Manage the procurement, delivery, and utilization of “X” by OJ Lifestyle scratch cards
  • Administration of “X” Partners in relation to the “X” by OJ Lifestyle platform
  • Ensuring that all aspects of content in the “X” by OJ Lifestyle App and website is up to date
  • Assist Marketing with content for newsletters and other publications
  • Assist “X” Partners with future developments of the “X” by OJ Lifestyle App
  • Provide customer service assistance to “X” by OJ Lifestyle members
  • Provide insight and strategies with regards to “X” by OJ Lifestyle business development
  • Assist with the execution of business development strategies for “X” by OJ Lifestyle
  • Play in key role in the success of OJ Lifestyle activations and events
  • Assist with recruitment and HR requirements across the OJ Lifestyle brand
  • Diary management for the OJ Lifestyle senior management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working on CRM or customer loyalty system
  • A strong telephone manner and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Proficiency with computers and working knowledge of MS Office 
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Must be presentable and smart
