Corporate Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator Manchester City Centre Up to £26,000 depending on experience Rotating shift pattern of 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6 - office based Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator based in Manchester City Centre. For this role we are looking for someone with facilities experience gained within a corporate environment.Duties will include:Working as part of a team to deliver first class facilities servicesDeal with all requests efficientlyMeeting and greeting visitors to the officeManaging all meeting room and desk bookingsOrder catering/refreshmentsEnsure office consumables are orderedBooking travelLarge volumes of printing and scanningEnsuring reception and communal areas are neat and tidy at all timesManage all contractors attending the buildingEnsure all health and safety incidents are loggedWe are looking for candidates with:Previous experience in a facilities role within a corporate environment is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressureExcellent customer service skillsFriendly, bubbly personalityWillingness to go above and beyond for customersIf you are interested and meet the above criteria, please send your CV ASAP to or to, .
