Job Description
  • To be punctual with an exceptional appearance in full uniform and appropriate footwear.
  • Daily set up of all systems and oversee the host teams set up duties for a punctual opening.
  • Daily booking organisation working and communicating closely with the reservations manager and floor.
  • Supervisors to execute any bed changes, upgrades, and general booking information.
  • Daily communication with the reservation’s manager to assess any beds sales initiating prices and communicating with the internal teams to ensure maximum upsell of all vacant tables/beds and loungers and that they are sold to full capacity maximising revenue.
  • Execute and oversee the client check-in procedure ensuring all clients understand the terms, minimum spend and service charge.
  • The organisation of daily re-sales for beds, tables and loungers working with the venue staff, initiating prices making sales and delegation to the team to sell any vacant space.
  • You are responsible with for the full operation of the entrance working closely with security and the cashier communicating, pre-empting and problem solving throughout the day.
  • You are responsible for queue control using initiative and working with your team to minimise wait times.
  • Full management of the host team including and not limited to delegation of roles, staff rota, organising breaks and floor staff support, training, and ongoing support.
  • Welcome all guests with a smile, happy friendly and professional attitude.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained entrance area and workstation.
  • Ensure the team is always punctual well-presented and professional.
  • Work closely, assist and communicate well with the Director, GM and internal supervisors and floor staff.
  • Ensure you are fully knowledgeable with regards to the Beach Club layout, pricing, terms & conditions, events, and general information.
  • You are responsible with the assistance of your team for client queries, questions, and complaints. Client issues and complaints may be escalated to you by the team and be dealt with in an effective, timely and efficient manner.
  • To ensure that the lost property procedure is in place and correct procedures are followed.
  • Working with the cashier to ensure the smooth management of the guest list.
  • You are expected to be able to utilise and efficiently use the check in and booking system to its full extent and making sure that is updated and that the team can and are using it correctly and efficiently.
  • Each day will result in generating a daily report to feedback all changes, sales, extra minimum spends and no shows.
