Utilising the best of local and artisan Scottish produce throughout our menus,small domaine artisanal family owned wineries and classic cocktails done right.Our ideal candidate will be hungry about all things food and drink, and thirsty to work within an independentcompany which we consider to be a staple on the Edinburgh food scene. You must be experienced in Front of House from a similar background, enjoys giving great customer service as part of a passionate team. As long as you have a willingness to learn we are open to a conversation. We are open 7 days a week therefore a requirement to work evenings and weekends is a must.
