  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and budget management.

  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
