Bar Waiter/Waitress

THE ROLEWe are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts.As a Bar Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu bar and Restaurant.Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standardsAble to organize and orchestrate the opening, operation, and closing of the Bar LoungeA good working knowledge of all beverage products - particularly wine, liquor, and signature cocktails as well as a good working knowledge of all food products. (Excellent training will be given!)Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standardsRead tables and understand guest needs and dislikesABOUT YOUIdeally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/barHave an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with peopleAn understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest serviceAn eye for detail and be immaculately presented
