Are you aware that the role is responsible for receiving and recording guests' reservations for different F&B outlets at the resort ? Are you able to handle inquiries through phone and e-mail, provide guests with the accurate information in regards to the opening hours, door policy, special events and promotions? Do you know that this is a demanding role that requires excellent organizational and social skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment? Minimum 6 months of experience on a similar role within the hospitality industry in reservations or front office is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills English is essential, another foreign language is a plus.
