WAITER – New French/Mediterranean Restaurant | UAE

A brand-new restaurant within the renowned Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is now hiring a Waiter to join our opening team!

We’re looking for a professional, attentive, and service-oriented individual who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding table service in line with the restaurant’s standards

• Guide guests through the menu and offer recommendations as needed

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service delivery

• Monitor tables and attend to guest needs promptly and professionally

• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas

• Handle guest feedback with grace and efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter in a premium or concept-driven restaurant

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); French is a plus

• Good knowledge of French/Mediterranean cuisine and beverages is preferred

• Currently residing in the UAE

• Available to start immediately is a strong advantage
