Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Guest Experience Coordinator (Front Desk Agent )

The role is responsible for managing the first impression of our guest upon their arrival to the Resort , Be knowledgeable  for all the hotel's facilities and all special offerings. Capable to offer alternative and be mindful of guests special request and deliver it successfully. This role will require the candidates to work with computers to access the reservation and check in/out process as well as generating reports, Being organized, responsible, details oriented and thorough in executing the job until it completes are essential.

if you are :

* Having Front Desk work experience  in 5 star hotel/resort is preferred

* Having great level of Communication in written & spoken English 

* Having a basic computer literacy
