We are looking for a Marketing Executive for our Nikki Beach Restaurant & Beach Club outlet at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, whose role is to deliver an outstanding guest experience, that have a passion for marketing and creativity, a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary! You will be responsible and overseeing the beach club outlet that part of the hotel & resort.

Your tasks will cover the following:

●          Work closely together with the Marketing Manager of the Hotel & Resort and the Regional Director of Marketing in creation and execution of Nikki Beach Dubai marketing plan and strategy.

●          Learn about the brand marketing strategy and familiarize himself/herself with all the approved internal guidelines such as branding, guest experience and digital and social media.

●          Responsible for locations delivery of digital media approach and strategy, specifically in creation of stories and reels following the global standards.

●          Together with your team: sourcing, delivery and implementation of various marketing activations (special events such as NYE, weekly events such as brunch, sponsorship activations such as pop-ups, and fashion shows).

●          Responsible for developing and sourcing marketing and events related materials as well as liaise with suppliers and internal departments for payments and delivery.

●          Learn and support in hiring entertainment/talent including legal and accounting procedures for hiring entertainment, trials of new entertainers and scheduling the entertainment for events.

●          Support the team by overseeing and organizing all administrative functions including invoicing, POs, expenses, calendars, presentations, organizing photography, and videography materials etc.

●          Manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritize accordingly.

●          Participate in creating and implementing guest centric special moments such as birthdays and special celebrations.

 

 An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Understands luxury branding and importance of customer service and personal contact with clients.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing, social media management, working in luxury lifestyle sector and/or hospitality would be desired from the candidate.
  • Is fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus!
  • Is creative, courageous, adventurous and spots opportunities to shake things up.
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills; is ambitious and hardworking.
  • Is people oriented and not afraid of trying new ways of doing things or other people’s (sometimes crazy) ideas. Here, we cherish and celebrate diversity, so you’ll feel right at home whoever you are.
