Nikki Beach Dubai is looking for an experienced Beach Club Floor Manager to lead the daily floor operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, luxury outdoor venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the floor operation, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage, motivate, and develop a large team, maintaining high service and performance standards.
• Oversee guest experience, service flow, table allocations, VIPs, and operational requirements.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, reservations, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor service standards, productivity, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.
• Handle operational challenges and guest issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety, and hygiene requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B or hospitality operations, preferably within a beach club, resort, large restaurant, or similar environment.
• Proven experience working in a large outdoor venue or high-volume operation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong operational background with excellent knowledge of F&B service and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware with a focus on service quality, efficiency, and revenue.
• Hands-on, energetic, and confident leadership style.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality is highly desirable.
