Nikki Beach Dubai is looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead our guest arrival and reception operations within a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a fast-paced door operation, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience from arrival through departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily reception and guest arrival operations, managing high volumes of approximately 500–1,000 guests.
• Oversee reservations, guest flow, VIP arrivals, table and sunbed allocation, and guest recognition.
• Manage reservations and guest profiles through SevenRooms.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Reception, Reservations, F&B, and Operations teams.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and effectively.
• Drive commercial performance through minimum spends, upselling, table optimization, and effective decision-making at the door.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, presentation, and service throughout the operation.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the reception team to deliver consistent, personalized service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume, high-end hospitality venues, with responsibility for managing large-scale guest arrivals and door operations.
• Strong experience managing 500–1,000+ guest operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of SevenRooms and reservations management.
• Proven ability to manage VIPs, guest recognition, guest flow, and service recovery.
• Strong commercial understanding of minimum spends, upselling, table allocation, and revenue optimization.
• Confident making commercial and operational decisions at the door.
• Previous experience in a premium beach club, lifestyle venue, luxury restaurant, or high-end nightlife concept is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
